SACRAMENTO – Today, Assemblywoman Luz Rivas (D – San Fernando Valley) unveiled AB 799, also known as the Homelessness Accountability and Results Act, to strengthen California’s homelessness response by establishing strict accountability and evidence-based improvements to the Homelessness Housing, Assistance, and Prevention (HHAP) program.

VALLEY GLEN, CA – Today, Assemblywoman Luz Rivas(D-San Fernando Valley) held a press conference with the Social and Public Art Resource Center (SPARC) to highlight the $5 million dollar state investment coming to revitalize The Great Wall of Los Angeles.

LOS ANGELES – Today, Assemblywoman Luz Rivas (D – San Fernando Valley) presented $5 million to the Northeast Valley Health Corporation (NEVHC) to address health inequities affecting the 39^th Assembly District. The state funds will go towards much needed medical, telehealth and office equipment, in NEVHC’s 17 community health centers.
